All claims will be mailed back to banks with instructions on how to file at www.bcfraudsolutions.com

How will the new claim submission process affect the claim deductible and copayment?

There will not be any changes to the claim deductible or copayments.

How does this new process affect the current terms & conditions of the Fraud Loss Protection Plan?

The new process does change any of the terms & conditions.
